★ The Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation (TNCSC) is in the final stages of negotiations for its latest Canada Yellow Lentil procurement tender, with prices currently being discussed at around ₹77,890 per tonne.
★ According to trade sources, the tender allocation is likely to be distributed among multiple suppliers. Two participants are expected to receive allocations of approximately 15,000 tonnes each, while two other participants may secure 12,000 tonnes each. The fifth successful bidder is likely to receive an allocation of around 6,000 tonnes.
