★ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय तेल तिलहन बाजार में कल देखा गया तेजी का माहौल, सीबोट सोया, सोयामील, सोया तेल, KLCE मजबूती के साथ हुए बंद।
★ आज मलेशिया पाम तेल वायदा (KLCE) मजबूती के साथ खुला परन्तु फिर धीरे-धीरे बाजार में गिरावट देखी जाने लगी, इस खबर के लिखे जाने तक अगस्त सितम्बर वायदा अभी भी 4000 रिंगिट से ऊपर चल रहा है।
★ 18 जुलाई वाले सप्ताह में अमरीका से 3.27 लाख टन सोया निर्यात संभावित, सबसे अधिक निर्यात जर्मनी को 1.14 लाख टन, इंडोनेशिया को 0.90 लाख टन किया गया, कुल निर्यात सीजन में अब तक 42.35 लाख टन पहुंचा।
★ अमरीका से चीन को भी धीरे-धीरे बढ़ रहा है निर्यात।
★ अमरीका सोया की 68% फसल स्थिति बेहद अच्छी हालाँकि कुछ क्षेत्रों में मौसम शुष्क।

घरेलू तेल तिलहन बाजार
आज पेश होने वाले बजट से तेल उद्योग की उम्मीदें
1. खाद्य तेलों के आयात शुल्क के अंतर को बढ़ाया जाए ताकि घरेलू तेल मिलें चल सकें।
2. ऑइल मील एवं अन्य डेरिवेटिव्स के निर्यात प्रोत्साहन के लिए इंसेंटिव दिया जाए।
3. GST रिफंड के तहत बड़े पैसे का भुगतान किया जाए।
4. GM बीजों के इस्तमाल को भी दी जाए अनुमति।
★ बायो डीजल के लिए सीधे तौर पर खाद्य तेलों का इस्तमाल न किया जाए इसकी जगह यूज्ड कुकिंग ऑइल (UCO) का इस्तमाल किया जाना होगा बेहतर।
★ UCO द्वारा बायो डीजल की ब्लेंडिंग को और प्रोत्साहन देना चाहिए।
★ तिलहन का उत्पादन बढ़ाने के लिए किसानों को आकर्षित स्कीम देने का ऐलान होना चाहिए।
★ अगर किसी भी फसल के भाव MSP से नीचे जाते हैं तो वहां भावान्तर योजना के तहत की जाए खरीद।
★ इसके अलावा कई ऐसी घोषणाओं की उम्मीद है जिससे देश में फसलों का उत्पादन बढ़े, किसानों की आर्थिक स्थिति में आए सुधार।

★ International Oilseeds Market witnessed a bullish trend yesterday, CBOT Soya, Soya Meal, Soya Oil, KLCE closed with gains.
★ Today Malaysia Palm Oil Futures (KLCE) opened with gains but then gradually the market started seeing a decline, till the time of writing this news, August September futures are still trading above 4000 ringgit.
★ In the week of July 18, 3.27 lakh tonnes of soya is expected to be exported from America, the highest export was 1.14 lakh tonnes to Germany, 0.90 lakh tonnes to Indonesia, total exports have reached 42.35 lakh tonnes so far in the season.
★ Exports from America to China are also gradually increasing.
★ 68% of America soya crop condition is very good although the weather is dry in some areas.

Domestic oilseeds market
Expectations of the oil industry from the budget to be presented today
1. The difference in import duty of edible oils should be increased so that domestic oil mills can run.
2. Incentives should be given to promote the export of oil mills and other derivatives.
3. Large amounts should be paid under GST refund.
4. Permission should also be given to use GM seeds.
★ Edible oils should not be used directly for biodiesel, instead it would be better to use used cooking oil (UCO).
★ Blending of biodiesel should be further encouraged by UCO.
★ An attractive scheme should be announced for farmers to increase the production of oilseeds.
★ If the prices of any crop go below MSP, then purchase should be done under the Bhavantar scheme.
★ Apart from this, many such announcements are expected which will increase the crop production in the country and improve the economic condition of the farmers.
