मटर आयात पर लगा 30% आयात शुल्क। 

आज कस्टम विभाग ने 29 अक्तूबर 2025 को दो अधिसूचनाएं जारी की हैं — अधिसूचना संख्या 46/2025 और 47/2025।

पहली अधिसूचना संख्या 46/2025 के अनुसार, 1 नवंबर 2025 या उसके बाद बिल ऑफ लोडिंग (BL) तिथि वाले सभी आयातों पर कुल 30% (BCD + AIDC सहित) आयात शुल्क लागू होगा।

पहले यह दर शून्य था। 

दूसरी अधिसूचना संख्या 47/2025 के अनुसार, शून्य शुल्क का लाभ अब केवल उन आयातों पर लागू होगा जिनका बिल ऑफ लोडिंग 31 अक्तूबर 2025 या उससे पहले का है।

पहले यह सीमा 31 मार्च 2026 तक थी।

1 नवंबर 2025 या उसके बाद के बिल ऑफ लोडिंग वाले पीली मटर के आयात पर 30% शुल्क लगेगा, जबकि 31 अक्तूबर 2025 या उससे पहले के बिल ऑफ लोडिंग वाले आयात पर शुल्क शून्य रहेगा।

Today, the Customs Department issued two notifications dated October 29, 2025 — Notification No. 46/2025 and 47/2025.

As per Notification No. 46/2025, all imports with Bill of Lading (BL) dated on or after November 1, 2025, will attract a total import duty of 30% (including BCD + AIDC).

Earlier, this rate was nil.

As per Notification No. 47/2025, the benefit of nil duty will now be available only for imports with BL dated on or before October 31, 2025.

Previously, this exemption was valid up to March 31, 2026.

Thus, imports of yellow peas with BL dated on or after November 1, 2025, will attract 30% duty, while those with BL dated on or before October 31, 2025, will continue to enjoy nil duty.
