क्या चावल निर्यात नियमों में किये जायेंगे बदलाव?

★ देश की कई बड़ी संस्थाएं सरकार से चावल निर्यात नियमों में बदलाव करने के संपर्क, मीटिंग, बैठक कर रही हैं।

★ कईयों का मानना है कि पुराना स्टॉक व खरीफ धान बिअजई आकड़ों में बढ़ोत्तरी को देख G2G के तहत चावल निर्यात बढाया जा सकता है।

★ केंद्रीय पूल में चावल का स्टॉक बफर नोर्म्स से 3.5 गुना अधिक।

★ एफसीआई के पास करीब 470 लाख टन चावल का स्टॉक उपलब्ध।

★ गत सीजन में उत्पादन क होने के कारण निर्यात नियमों में किये गये बदलाव।

★ बासमती चावल निर्यात पर 950$/टन के न्यूनतम निर्यात भाव रखे गये जिसे उद्योग घटाने पर दबाव बना रहा है।

★ अक्टूबर से कई राज्यों में नए धान की आवक चालू होगी।

★ आई ग्रेन इंडिया का मानना है कि सही स्थिति को भांपकर ही चावल निर्यात नियमों में बदलाव किया जा सकता है।

★ हमारा मानना है कि सरकार पहले कोशिश करे कि अतिरिक्त चावल का इस्तमाल एथनोल बनाने में किया जाए उसके बाद ही निर्यात नियमों में बदलाव पर सोचा जा सकता है।

★ Many big organizations of the country are contacting the government and holding meetings to change the rice export rules.

★ Many believe that rice exports can be increased under G2G by looking at the old stock and increase in Kharif paddy sowing figures.

★ The stock of rice in the central pool is 3.5 times more than the buffer norms.

★ FCI has a stock of about 470 lakh tonnes of rice.

★ Changes were made in the export rules due to production in the last season.

★ Minimum export price of 950$/ton was kept for Basmati rice export, which the industry is putting pressure to reduce.

★ The arrival of new paddy will start in many states from October.

★ I Grain India believes that changes can be made in rice export rules only after understanding the true situation.

★ We believe that the government should first try to use the extra rice to produce ethanol and only then can changes in export rules be considered.
