Malaysian Palm Oil Exports: ITS Agency Report
★ Malaysia's total palm oil exports in April 2025 stood at 1.12 million metric tons, marking a 5.1% increase from 1.066 million metric tons in March 2025.
Palm Product Exports (in Metric Tons):
★ RBD Palm Olein: Rose significantly from 272,265 tons in March to 326,250 tons in April (up 19.8%).
★ Crude Palm Oil: Saw a slight increase from 165,930 to 173,420 tons.
★ RBD Palm Oil: Increased from 92,460 to 99,320 tons.
★ RBD Palm Stearin: Grew from 69,245 to 79,225 tons.
★ CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil): Jumped sharply from 12,200 to 31,700 tons.
★ PFAD (Palm Fatty Acid Distillate): Increased from 42,354 to 52,255 tons.
Top Export Markets:
★ European Union emerged as the largest buyer, with exports rising from 265,808 to 336,891 tons (up 26.7%).
★ India & Subcontinent: Fell from 204,100 to 162,830 tons (down 20.2%).
★ China: Dropped from 83,980 to 54,400 tons (down 35.2%).
★ The net increase in exports from March to April was 54,270 metric tons.
