दिल्ली गेहूं 3200 रुपए पर आया; आखिर क्यों हो रही है OMSS स्कीम जारी करने में देरी
★ कल उपभोक्ता मंत्रालय ने भारत चावल, आटा स्कीम के तहत बिक्री चालू की।
★ सर्कुलर के अनुसार गेहूं 30 रुपए प्रति किलो व चावल 29 रुपए प्रति किलो पर नैफेड, NCCF व केंदीय भण्डार प्लेटफार्म पर दिया जायेगा।
★ पहला फेज़ जो जून में ख़त्म हुआ था में आटा की MRP 27.5 व चावल की 29 रुपए प्रति किलो थी जिसे बढ़ाया गया।
★ कल सरकार की ओर से इस स्कीम को हरी झंडी भी दिखाई गयी। परन्तु कल ही दिल्ली गेहूं ने 3200 रुपए के स्तर को छुआ।
★ फेज़ 2 के लिए केंद्र ने 3.69 लाख टन गेहूं और 4.91 लाख टन चावल गोदामों से आवंटित किया।
★ पहले फेज़ में अक्टूबर 2023 से जून 2024 तक 15.2 लाख टन आटा और 14.58 लाख टन चावल वितरित किया गया था।
★ इसमें कोई दोराय नहीं कि सरकार जरुरतमंदों को आटा दिलाने के लिए कर रही है भरकस प्रयास परन्तु इन प्रयासों का क्या लाभ।
★ काफी कम मात्रा पूल में पड़े गेहूं का आवंटन किया जा रहा है जबकि मिलर्स को इससे कही बड़ी मात्र में गेहूं चाहिए।
★ एक दूसरे पहलु पर भी ध्यान देना जरूरी, ठीक इस समय कई राज्यों में गेहूं बिजाई जोरों पर चल रही है ऐसे में नियमों में बदलाव किया गया तो इसका असर बिजाई पर पड़ सकता है। सरकार जरूर चाहेगी कि तेजी की चुभन को भविष्य में गेहूं उत्पादन बढ़ाकर दूर किया जाए।
★ देखना होगा कि मौसम किस तरह से फसल का साथ देता है, फ़िलहाल मौसम फसल के बेहद अनुकूल, जमीन में नमी के मात्रा अच्छी।
★ मौसम ने साथ दिया तो रिकॉर्ड उत्पादन भी पहुंच सकता है। भाव की बात करें तो हाल फ़िलहाल में कीमतों में गिरावट की सम्भावना बेहद कम।

★ A very small amount of wheat lying in the pool is being allocated, whereas the millers need wheat in much larger quantities than this.
★ It is also important to pay attention to another aspect, right now wheat sowing is going on in full swing in many states, in such a situation, if the rules are changed, it may affect the sowing. The government will definitely want that the sting of the rise should be removed by increasing wheat production in the future.
★ It will have to be seen how the weather supports the crop, at present the weather is very favorable for the crop, the amount of moisture in the soil is good.
★ If the weather supports, then record production can also be reached. Talking about the price, the possibility of a fall in prices is very low in the near future.
