भारतीय चावल निर्यात नियमों में ढील देने और करेंसी बढ़ने से बढ़ी थाईलैंड की परेशानियां।
★ थाईलैंड की प्रतिस्पर्धा अब भारत से साथ-साथ वियतनाम, पाकिस्तान, म्यांमार और कंबोडिया से बढ़ रही हैं।
★ थाईलैंड की करेंसी 30 महीनों के उच्चतम स्तर पर पहुंची।
★ थाईलैंड में 5% वाइट राइस के भाव जो जनवरी 2024 के दौरान 22 भट/ किलो थे अब 16.5 भट/ किलो चल रहे हैं।
★ भविष्य में थाईलैंड चावल निर्यात भाव और घटने की उम्मीद।
★ USDA के अनुसार ला-लीना की कारण विश्व में चावल उत्पादन बढ़ सकता है, USDA में थाईलैंड के सबसे बड़े आयात देशों में से एक इंडोनेशिया में आयात 40 लाख टन से घटकर 15 लाख टन में सिमटने का दिया अनुमान।
★ थाईलैंड से 2025 में चावल निर्यात जो औसतन 85-87 लाख टन रहता है घटकर 2025 में 60 लाख टन रह सकता है।
★ इस वर्ष भारत से 180-190 लाख टन चावल निर्यात होने की उम्मीद, अच्छी फसल आता देख सीजन 2025 में निर्यात और अधिक होने की संभावनाएं।

तेलंगाना सरकार में ख़रीदे गए धान की राशि 48 घंटों में करने के दिए निर्देश।
★ चालू सीजन के लिए धान की MSP पर 500 रुपए/क्विंटल का बोनस भी दिया जा रहा है।
★ चालू खरीफ सीजन में राज्य में धान का रकबा 66.73 लाख एकड़ पहुंचा, कृषि विभाग ने 140 लाख टन उत्पादन पहुंचने का दिया अनुमान।
