The annual Ag Outlook Forum hosted by USDA will release its initial 2026 U.S. corn balance sheet estimates on Thursday. Ahead of the release, a Bloomberg survey suggests corn acreage could decline by 3.8 million acres from last year to 95 million acres. Production is estimated at 15.936 billion bushels, down 1.085 billion bushels from the previous year.
Weekly ethanol-related data will be released Thursday morning by the Energy Information Administration, delayed due to the Monday holiday.
Brazil’s February corn exports are estimated at 1.12 MMT by ANEC, slightly higher than last week’s estimate.
