★ केंद्र ने सर्कुलर जारी कर गैर बासमती चावल के निर्यात शुल्क में किया बदलाव, पहले 20% निर्यात शुल्क लगता था इसे घटाकर 10% किया गया।
★ HS CODE 10061090 RICE IN HUSKSED, 10062000 HUSKED BROWN RICE, 10063010 RICE PARBOILED का निर्यात शुल्क 20% से घटाकर 10% किया। HS CODE 10063090 SEMI MILLED OR WHOLE MILLED RICE का निर्यात शुल्क 0% किया गया।
★ 15 दिन पहले बासमती चावल निर्यात पर लगे न्यूनतन निर्यात भाव (MEP) को हटाया गया था अब गैर बासमती चावल निर्यात नियमों में भी छूट दी गयी।
★ इस फैसले से गैर बासमती चावल की कीमतों को मिल सकता है सपोर्ट।
★ सफ़ेद चावल के निर्यात शुल्क को शुन्य किया गया। परन्तु इस नोटिफिकेशन में अभी स्पष्टता आनी है कि यह निर्यात NCEL के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। जल्द ही नोटिफिकेशन आने की उम्मीद।
★ आई ग्रेन इंडिया का मानना है कि यह निर्यात NCEL के माध्यम से ही किया जाएगा।

★ The Center has changed the export duty on non-Basmati rice by issuing a circular, earlier the export duty was 20%, it has been reduced to 10%.
★ Export duty on HS CODE 10061090 RICE IN HUSKSED, 10062000 HUSKED BROWN RICE, 10063010 RICE PARBOILED has been reduced from 20% to 10%. Export duty on HS CODE 10063090 SEMI MILLED OR WHOLE MILLED RICE has been made 0%.
★ 15 days ago, the minimum export price (MEP) imposed on Basmati rice exports was removed, now relaxation has been given in non-Basmati rice export rules as well.
★ This decision may support the prices of non-Basmati rice.
★ Export duty on white rice has been made zero. But there is still clarity in this notification whether this export will be done through NCEL. Notification is expected soon.
★ I Grain India believes that this export will be done through NCEL only.
