★ इंडिया कॉटन फेडरेशन (ICF) ने कोयम्बतूर में 45वीं एनुअल जनरल मीटिंग का 29 सितम्बर को किया आयोजन।
★ ICF के प्रेसिडेंट ने कहा कि गत सीजन में टेक्सटाइल डिमांड कम रही।
★ ICF ने 2024-25 सीजन में कपास का उत्पादन 330-340 लाख बेल्स रहने का दिया अनुमान।
★ कहा गया कि कपास आयात पर शुल्क लगने के कारण आयातित भाव घरेलू बाजारों से अधिक।
★ सरकार को आयातित शुल्क को घटाना चाहिए ताकि देश में कपास की उपलब्धता बनी रहे।

★ The President of ICF said that textile demand was low in the last season.
★ ICF estimated the production of cotton to be 330-340 lakh bales in the 2024-25 season.
★ It was said that due to the duty on cotton import, the imported prices are higher than the domestic markets.
★ The government should reduce the import duty so that the availability of cotton remains in the country.
