News Capsule: Canada: Bulk Pea and Lentil Shipments in November – Canadian Grain Commission
Peas:
★ In November, 136,000 tonnes of peas were loaded for export.
★ Cumulative shipments from August to November in the current marketing year total 1.028 million tonnes, 12% lower than last year.

Lentils:
★ In November, 122,500 tonnes of lentils were shipped.
★ Year-to-date shipments stand at 535,000 tonnes, higher than last year; however, November shipments were lower than both last year (170,900 tonnes) and the previous month.
★ These figures are reported by the Canadian Grain Commission and exclude containerized exports and shipments from non-reporting locations.
