राजस्थान में गेहूं खरीद नियमों में बड़ी ढील, किसानों को राहत
केंद्र सरकार ने रबी मार्केटिंग सीजन (RMS) 2026-27 में राजस्थान के किसानों को बड़ी राहत देते हुए गेहूं खरीद के नियमों में अहम ढील देने का फैसला किया है। यह कदम राज्य में समय से पहले पड़ी गर्मी और बारिश से फसल की गुणवत्ता प्रभावित होने के बाद उठाया गया है।
सरकार ने साफ किया है कि किसानों को मजबूरी में कम कीमत पर गेहूं बेचने से बचाने के लिए पूरे राज्य में ढील के साथ खरीद की जाएगी।
मुख्य फैसले इस प्रकार हैं:
* लस्टर लॉस वाले गेहूं की सीमा बढ़ाकर 50% तक कर दी गई
* सिकुड़े और टूटे दानों की सीमा 6% से बढ़ाकर 15% कर दी गई
* डैमेज्ड और हल्के डैमेज्ड दाने कुल मिलाकर 6% से ज्यादा नहीं होंगे
* ढील के तहत खरीदे गए गेहूं को अलग से स्टोर और उसका अलग हिसाब रखा जाएगा
* भंडारण के दौरान गुणवत्ता खराब होने की पूरी जिम्मेदारी राज्य सरकार की होगी
* ऐसे गेहूं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर जल्दी बाजार में निकाला जाएगा
* ढील वाले गेहूं का उपयोग राज्य के अंदर ही किया जाएगा
* इससे जुड़े सभी वित्तीय और संचालन खर्च राज्य सरकार उठाएगी
इस फैसले का मुख्य उद्देश्य किसानों को राहत देना, उनकी उपज का सही दाम सुनिश्चित करना और बाजार में गेहूं की जबरन बिकवाली को रोकना है।

Major Relaxation in Wheat Procurement Rules in Rajasthan, Relief for Farmers
The Government of India has decided to provide major relief to farmers in Rajasthan by relaxing wheat procurement norms for the Rabi Marketing Season (RMS) 2026–27. This step has been taken after crop quality was affected due to early heat and unseasonal rainfall in the state.
The government has clarified that procurement will be carried out across the state with relaxed norms to prevent farmers from being forced to sell wheat at lower prices.
Key Decisions:
The limit for wheat with luster loss has been increased up to 50%
The limit for shriveled and broken grains has been raised from 6% to 15%
Damaged and slightly damaged grains will not exceed a total of 6%
Wheat procured under relaxed norms will be stored separately and accounted for separately
The state government will bear full responsibility for any deterioration in quality during storage
Such wheat will be released into the market on a priority basis
The relaxed-category wheat will be used within the state only
All financial and operational costs related to this will be borne by the state government
Objective of the Decision:
The main aim of this decision is to provide relief to farmers, ensure fair prices for their produce, and prevent distress selling of wheat in the market.
