Soybean International Market
★ Yesterday, CBOT soybean, soymeal, and soyoil closed with strong gains.
★ Today, China (ZCE/DCE) mustard, soybean, soyoil, and palmolein opened firm.
★ Malaysia palm oil futures (KLCE) also opened higher, but turned negative at the time of writing this report.
★ In the week ending April 23, export deals of 0.63 million tonnes of soybeans were recorded from the U.S.
★ The U.S. has exported 32.8 million tonnes of soybeans so far, 24% lower than last year. China booked the highest at 0.25 million tonnes, while Mexico and Indonesia each booked 0.092 million tonnes.
★ According to the NASS report, soybean sowing in the U.S. reached 30% as of April 26.
