Haryana announced government procurement of Rabi and summer crops
Haryana has announced the government procurement dates and support prices for Rabi and summer crops as follows:
Lentils (Mausur): Starts on March 20 at Rs. 6,700 per quintal
Mustard (Sarson): Starts on March 28 at Rs. 5,950 per quintal
Chickpeas (Chana): Starts on April 1 at Rs. 5,650 per quintal
Summer Moong: Starts on May 15 at Rs. 8,652 per quintal
Sunflower (Surajmukhi): Starts on June 1 at Rs. 7,280 per quintal
For the 2024-25 season, the following acreage has been planted in Haryana:
Mustard: 21 lakh acres
Chickpeas: 0.61 lakh acres
Sunflower: 0.63 lakh acres
Lentils: 98 acres
