According to NASS Crop Progress data, 94% of the US spring wheat crop has been harvested, which is 2% ahead of normal. Winter wheat planting is at 11%, compared to the 5-year average of 13%.
France’s Farm Ministry pegs the country’s wheat crop at 33.3 MMT, up 0.2 MMT from last month’s estimate. The European Commission reports EU wheat exports at 3.78 MMT from July through September 14, which is 1.95 MMT lower than the same period last year.
