International Wheat Market Update: 
Next week, there is low rainfall expected in the Prairie regions. However, the SRW region may receive 1-2 inches of rain.
Japan is tendering for 96,725 metric tons of wheat, primarily from the U.S. and Canada, with 62,545 metric tons specifically from the U.S. Proposals are due by Thursday. South Korea is also tendering for 50,000 metric tons of U.S. wheat, with proposals due by Wednesday.
SovEcon has raised its 2025/26 wheat export forecast for Russia to 38.3 million metric tons (MMT), up by 1.9 MMT from its previous estimate. The European Commission reported that as of February 2, the EU's wheat exports stand at 12.5 MMT since July 1, down from 19.76 MMT during the same period last year.
