New GST Circular
★ Please note that as per the new circular, there is no change regarding packaging.
★ GST of 5% will still be applicable on packs up to 25 kg (whether pulses or rice), as packs up to 25 kg fall under the Legal Metrology Act.
★ If the packing is above 25 kg, no GST will be applicable.
★ There has been no change in the GST Act.
