New Delhi: The Pulses 2025 Roadshow will be held tomorrow, April 11, 2025 (Friday), from 3 PM to 5 PM at Conference Room No. 2, India International Center, Max Muller Marg, Lodi Estate, New Delhi. The event is sponsored by the Bharat Subcontinent Agri Foundation (BSAF) and India Middle East Agri Alliance.
Interested participants will receive special discounts on registration. For details, contact Anurag Tulshan at 9831016720.
BSAF, a non-profit body, is chaired by Sudhakar Tomar, with Vivek Agarwal as Managing Director, Vijay Narasimhan as Director, and Omkar Dravid as Executive Committee member. Rahul Chauhan of IGrain India is an honorary member.
The event comes amid recent volatility in domestic and global pulses markets, especially around pricing.
Key topics will include the impact of recent government decisions—such as the 11% import duty on lentils and Desi gram, the end of duty-free yellow pea imports on May 31, and extensions for tur and urad imports until March 2026. The ban on moong imports is also expected to be discussed.
