Russia Increases Export Duty on Sunflower Oil
★ For the month of June, Russia has set the export duty on sunflower oil at 7,119.8 rubles, which is approximately USD 79 per metric ton.
★ Previously, the export duty was USD 49 per metric ton.

Estimated exchange rate: 1 USD ≈ Rs. 83.00
Previous duty:
48.94 USD × Rs. 83 ≈ Rs. 4,063 per metric ton
Revised duty:
79.10 USD × Rs. 83 ≈ Rs. 6,567 per metric ton
★ This marks an increase of about Rs. 2,504 per metric ton in the export duty on sunflower oil from Russia.
