धान को छोड़ अन्य खरीफ फसलों को बारिश की जरुरत कम
★ 19 अगस्त तक देश भर में बारिश औसत से 7.3% अधिक।
★ हालाँकि पंजाब, हिमाचल प्रदेश, पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार और पश्चिम बंगाल के गंगीय इलाकों में बारिश औसत से क्रमशः 28%, 35%, 21%, 12%, 23%, 20% रही कमजोर। कुछ जिलों में अच्छी बारिश तो कुछ में बारिश कम। यानी बारिश का हर जगह अलग-अलग प्रदर्शन रहा।
★ 21 जिलों में से 30% जिलों में बारिश औसत से कम। 10 जिलों में औसत से बेहद अधिक।
★ 28% जिलों में बारिश प्रदर्शन बेहद खराब, 2% में अत्यधिक खराब रहा। 17% जिलों में औसत से अधिक हुई बारिश।
★ खरीफ फसलों के अलावा सब्जियां, मसालों पर भी पड़ा असर।

★ Till 19th August, the rainfall across the country was 7.3% more than the average.
★ However, in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Gangetic areas of West Bengal, the rainfall was 28%, 35%, 21%, 12%, 23%, 20% less than the average respectively. Some districts received good rains and some received less rains. That means the performance of rain was different everywhere.
★ Out of 21 districts, 30% districts received less rain. 10 districts received much more than the average.
★ In 28% districts, the performance of rain was very poor, in 2% it was extremely poor. In 17% districts, the rainfall was more than the average.
★ Apart from Kharif crops, vegetables and spices were also affected.
