Tur Dal Market Rises, Strong Buying Supports Prices
Mumbai: Tur dal prices witnessed an upward trend during the current week due to continued strong buying from dal millers and stockists. According to market analysis, consistent demand from processing units and limited availability have kept buying interest strong, supporting prices. The supply side remains weak as there is no significant pressure from the arrival of new tur dal in the producing markets. As a result, demand for tur dal remains relatively strong, continuously supporting rising prices. According to trade sources, the upward trend in the tur dal market is likely to continue until there is a significant increase in the arrival of the new crop.
