Indian Millers and Exporters Optimistic as Bangladesh Plans to Import Rice

★ India holds a dominant 46% share in global rice exports, making it a key player in the international rice trade.

Out of the 9 lakh tonnes:
★ 4 lakh tonnes will be imported by the Bangladesh government through international tenders
★ 5 lakh tonnes will be imported by private traders
