According to USDA’s weekly export sales report, old crop soybean bookings for the week ending July 17 totaled 160,872 MT. This was down 60.8% from the previous week but up 81.5% from the same week last year. The Netherlands was the top buyer with 116,800 MT, while Mexico purchased 67,900 MT. New crop sales totaled 238,816 MT, a 4-week low. Unknown destinations were the top buyer with 120,000 MT.

Soybean meal sales were 182,610 MT for the current marketing year, with 91,907 MT for the next marketing year. The total of 274,517 MT was on the lower side of the expected 250,000–550,000 MT range. Soybean oil sales showed a net reduction of 599 MT for 2024/25, with 1,953 MT for 2025/26, also on the lower side of the 0–20,000 MT range seen for soybean oil.
