Malaysia Palm Oil Futures Open on a Slow Note
I-Grain India predicts that changes in palm oil production and consumption in Malaysia and Indonesia may lead to price increases.
In Indonesia, palm oil consumption in biodiesel will rise starting January 1, 2025.
Meanwhile, Malaysia's palm oil stocks have declined for the second consecutive month, dropping by 2.6% in November to 1.84 million tons. Production fell by 9.8% to 1.62 million tons, and exports decreased by 14.7% to 1.5 million tons.
