Mozambique: Parliament Extends VAT Exemption on Sugar, Cooking Oil, and Soap Until December
★ Mozambique's Parliament (Assembly of the Republic) unanimously decided on Tuesday morning to extend the Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption on the commercial transactions of sugar, cooking oil, and soap until December 31, 2025.
★ The decision also includes an exemption for raw materials and equipment used in the production of these items.
