Global
★ Opening stock of soymeal is reported at 178.6 lakh tonnes (June: 176.9), with production at 2885.8 lakh tonnes (June: 2877.3), imports at 784.5 lakh tonnes (June: 777), domestic consumption at 2843.6 lakh tonnes (June: 2835.2), and exports at 819.6 lakh tonnes (June: 812.3). The ending stock is estimated at 185.7 lakh tonnes (June: 183.7).
★ Compared to June, the July report shows increases in production, imports, domestic consumption, and exports—leading to a higher ending stock globally.
