Analysis of International Yellow Peas Prices (Offer Prices on CNF Basis)

★ For August/September shipments from Canada, the offer prices to Bangladesh, China, and India stood at USD 425, 360, and 415 per metric ton respectively—unchanged from the previous week.
★ Meanwhile, prices for shipments from Russia/Ukraine to India and Pakistan dropped by USD 5, now quoted at USD 345 per metric ton, reflecting a 1% decrease.
★ Compared to the 4-week average, most prices are down by 2% to 4%, indicating persistent pressure in the global market.
★ All major exporters are currently awaiting the arrival of the new crop in Russia and Canada.
