Approval for procurement of summer Moong in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Gujarat, and Groundnut in UP

Under the Price Support Scheme (PSS) for the summer crop season 2025–26, the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare has approved the procurement of 54,166 metric tonnes of Moong in the states of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Gujarat, and 50,750 metric tonnes of Groundnut in Uttar Pradesh.

Additionally, the procurement period for Tur (Arhar) in Andhra Pradesh under Kharif 2024–25 has been extended by 15 days, now continuing till 26th June 2025.
