CAIT’s Innovative Program at Bharat Mandapam a Grand Success; Focus on Delhi’s Business Ecosystem

New Delhi, May 2, 2025 — The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) hosted a highly successful and innovative program today at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, uniting Delhi’s top business minds and public leaders under one roof.

The event commenced at 10 AM and was marked by the presence of Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta, all Delhi MPs, state government ministers, and senior officials from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, including the Mayor and Deputy Mayor.

The gathering spotlighted the vital role of Delhi’s business community in driving the city’s economy, with detailed discussions centered on strengthening trade and resolving issues faced by local traders and industries.

The program was presided over by CAIT National General Secretary and MP Praveen Khandelwal. Other key figures in attendance included Vipin Ahuja, Ashish Grover, Devraj Baveja, and Puneet Singhal.

The program welcomed only select business leaders and industrialists, including I Grain India, who participated as a guest organization.

A key highlight of the event was the appointment of Pradeep Jindal of Jindal Overseas as the Vice President of CAIT’s Delhi branch, who officially took oath during the ceremony.

This event served as a significant step in fostering collaboration between the government and trade organizations to ensure that Delhi remains a thriving commercial hub.
