Harvest pace may slow down next week in the Eastern Corn Belt (ECB) due to light rainfall forecasts. Parts of Nebraska, Iowa, and the Dakotas are also expected to receive some rain.
S&P Global has lowered its US corn yield estimate to 185.5 bushels per acre, down 3.6 bushels from last month. Production is now estimated at 16.707 billion bushels.
