International Soybean Market
According to the USDA's Export Sales report, for the week ending March 13, soybean sales for the 2024/25 marketing year are estimated to be between 0.4 to 0.9 million metric tons (MMT).
New crop soybean sales are expected to range between 0 to 50,000 metric tons (MT).
Soybean meal sales are likely to fall between 140,000 to 470,000 metric tons, while soybean oil sales are estimated to be in the range of 15,000 to 60,000 metric tons.
Allendale estimates that U.S. soybean planting in 2025 will total 84.28 million acres, based on a producer survey.
Abiove has forecast Brazil’s soybean crop at 170.9 million metric tons, which is 0.8 MMT lower than its previous estimate.
