Key announcements by Finance Minister in Union Budget 2025

Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojna  
★ Launched in partnership with states.  
★ Covers 100 districts.  
★ Benefits 1.7 crore farmers.  
★ Aims to create rural job opportunities to reduce forced migration.  

Viksit Bharat Vision  
★ Focuses on poverty eradication, youth, farmers, and women.  
★ Goal: Zero poverty.  
★ Budget proposals span 10 broad areas.  

Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Expansion  
★ Loan limit increased from Rs. 3 lakh to Rs. 5 lakh.  
★ 7.07 crore farmers to benefit.  

MSME Credit Boost  
★ Credit guarantee cover increased from Rs. 5 crore to Rs. 10 crore.  
★ Expected to generate Rs. 1.5 lakh crore in additional credit over 5 years.  
★ Investment and turnover limits enhanced to 2.5X & 2X, respectively, for MSMEs.
