Launch of comprehensive trade portal for all export-import information

New Delhi. The Central Government has launched the "Trade Connect e-Platform" to provide all export and import information to entrepreneurs and traders.

Developed in collaboration with various ministries and organizations, the portal aims to establish contact between more than 6 lakh IEC holders of the country and provide them real time trade related data.

This portal will be updated regularly and by the year 2025, additional services will be included in its second version.

It was formally launched on 11 September 2024. All kinds of information and information related to export and import will be made available in it. In this, importers-exporters will get a lot of convenience and ease in doing their business.

This e-platform has been developed in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Export Import (EXIM) Bank, Department of Financial Services and TCS, a reputed IT sector organization.

This portal will connect more than 6 lakh Import-Export Code (IEC) holders, more than 180 Indian Mission officials,

more than 600 Export Promotion Council officials and also connect with Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Department of Commerce and banks.
