Mustard Report (From 1 March to 30 April, 2025) – Marudhar Trading Agency, Jaipur

The total estimated new mustard crop is approximately 111.25 lakh metric tons.

In addition, there was 9 lakh metric tons of old stock. 

After adjusting for 2 lakh metric tons of early-season arrivals, the total available crop stood at 118.25 lakh metric tons.

During March and April 2025, a total of 24.5 lakh metric tons of mustard was crushed.  

During the same period, 39 lakh metric tons of mustard arrived in the market.

Government agencies NAFED and HAFED have a remaining stock of 16 lakh metric tons.

Processors and traders are holding 6.5 lakh metric tons of stock. 

Farmers are left with 71.25 lakh metric tons of stock.

In total, 93.75 lakh metric tons of mustard stock is currently available.
