The central government has extended the deadline for the delivery of Custom Milling Rice (CMR) from Telangana to December 15, 2024. In addition, it was specified that the rice from the 2024-25 season should not be included in the delivery, ensuring that the rice from the two seasons (2023-24 and 2024-25) does not get mixed. This move aims to maintain clarity and quality control in the rice procurement process.
