Paddy procurement in Chhattisgarh reached close to 9 lakh tonnes
Chhattisgarh has made significant progress in its paddy procurement efforts this year, with nearly 9 lakh tonnes of paddy already procured. The procurement target for the state in 2024 has been set at 160 lakh tonnes, indicating that there's still a long way to go before reaching the goal. Yesterday alone, the procurement reached 2.17 lakh tonnes.
