Red Lentil Prices Stable, No Change in Offer Rates for India and Neighboring Countries
★ Red lentil prices in the international market remained unchanged this week as well. Prices of various types of lentils exported from Canada and Australia remained steady as of July 10.
★ The price of crimson type red lentils from Canada to India, Sri Lanka, and Turkey remained at $650–665 per tonne, the same as last week.
★ Jumbo type lentils exported from Australia to Sri Lanka are also stable at $710 per tonne.
★ Nipper type red lentils, exported from Australia to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the UAE, continue to trade at $660–665 per tonne.
