स्टॉक लिमिट घटाकर गेहूं बाजार साधने की कोशिश
★ बीते शुक्रवार को सरकार द्वारा गेहूं की स्टॉक लिमिट घटाई गयी ताकि बाजारों में गेहूं की उपलब्धता और बढ़े।
★ आई ग्रेन इंडिया ने पिछली कई रिपोर्ट में कई बार कहा कि कीमतों को नियंत्रित करने के लिए सबसे पहले गेहूं पर स्टॉक लिमिट लगाई जा सकती है।
★ केंद्रीय पूल में 1 सितम्बर को 251.46 लाख टन गेहूं का स्टॉक था जो 1 अगस्त के स्टॉक 16.66 लाख टन व गत वर्ष की समानअवधि से 8.9 लाख टन कम है।
★ स्टॉक लिमिट में बदलाव किये जाने से पहले दिल्ली लारेंस रोड गेहूं उत्तर प्रदेश/राजस्थान 2830/2840 रुपए था जो 16 सितम्बर को 2845/2850 रुपए पर बंद हुआ।
★ ग्वालियर मिल क्वालिटी गेहूं स्टॉक लिमिट लगाये जाने से पहले 2600 रुपए था जो शनिवार को 25 रुपए घटकर 2575 पर आया परन्तु 16 सितम्बर (सोमवार) को 2600 पर बंद हुआ, बेस्ट क्वालिटी गेहूं स्टॉक लिमिट लगाये जाने से पहले 2650 रुपए से लुढ़ककर शनिवार को 2635 पर आया परन्तु 16 सितम्बर (सोमवार) को पुनः 2650 रुपए पर बंद हुआ।
★ राजस्थान गेहूं की कीमतों में विशेष बदलाव नहीं।
★ उत्तर प्रदेश की अधिकतर मंडियों में शनिवार को जो गिरावट आई थी सोमवार (16 सितम्बर) को कवर हो गयी।
★ गेहूं उत्पाद (आटा, मैदा, सूजी) की कीमतों में भी विशेष बदलाव नहीं देखा गया।
★ स्टॉक लिमिट लगाए जाने के बाद भाव न घटने से साफ़ संकेत मिलते हैं कि देश में गेहूं का स्टॉक अधिक नहीं।
★ अगर कीमतों में ऐसे ही वृद्धि होती रही तो स्टॉक लिमिट में एक बार फिर बदलाव किया जा सकता है, स्टॉक लिमिट लगाये जाने के बाद बाजारों में आ सकती है स्थिरता।
★ अक्टूबर में OMSS स्कीम के तहत गेहूं बिक्री संभव जिससे कीमतों पर बन सकता है कुछ समय के लिए दबाव।

Attempt to control wheat market by reducing stock limit
★ Last Friday, the government reduced the stock limit of wheat so that the availability of wheat in the markets increases.
★ I Grain India has said many times in its previous reports that to control prices, stock limit can be imposed on wheat first.
★ The central pool had a stock of 251.46 lakh tonnes of wheat on September 1, which is 16.66 lakh tonnes less than the stock of August 1 and 8.9 lakh tonnes less than the same period last year.
★ Before the change in stock limit, Delhi Lawrence Road wheat Uttar Pradesh/Rajasthan was Rs 2830/2840, which closed at Rs 2845/2850 on September 16.
★ Gwalior Mill Quality wheat was at Rs 2600 before the imposition of stock limit, which fell by Rs 25 to 2575 on Saturday, but closed at 2600 on 16 September (Monday), Best Quality wheat fell from Rs 2650 to 2635 on Saturday before the imposition of stock limit, but closed at Rs 2650 again on 16 September (Monday).
★ No significant change in the prices of Rajasthan wheat.
★ The fall that occurred on Saturday in most of the mandis of Uttar Pradesh was covered on Monday (16 September).
★ No significant change was seen in the prices of wheat products (flour, maida, semolina).
★ The prices not falling after the imposition of stock limit clearly indicates that the stock of wheat in the country is not high.
★ If the prices keep increasing like this, the stock limit can be changed once again, after the imposition of stock limit, there can be stability in the markets.
★ Wheat sale is possible under OMSS scheme in October, which can put pressure on prices for some time.
