The USDA’s weekly Export Sales report will be released on Thursday morning. According to a Reuters survey, soybean sales for the week ending February 26 are expected to range between 0.3 and 1 million tons. New crop sales are estimated between 0 and 100,000 tons.
Soybean meal sales for the last week of February are expected to range between 200,000 and 550,000 tons, while soybean oil is projected to show net reductions of up to 20,000 tons to net sales of 26,000 tons.
Statistics Canada will release the 2026 planting intentions data on Thursday. A Reuters survey indicates that canola acreage is expected to reach 22.3 million acres, up from 21.5 million acres in 2025.
