Spice Market Weekly Report:  
★ Mixed Trends in Black Pepper, Coriander, Ajwain, and Cumin; Stability Signals in the Market  
★ Steady Movement in Red Chilli, Fennel, and Turmeric; Price Volatility Remains Limited
Black Pepper (Ungarbled)  
★ In Cochin, black pepper prices remained stable at Rs. 730 per kg throughout the week. A slight decline was observed in the Chikmagalur average, where prices eased from Rs. 740 to Rs. 735 per kg.
Coriander (Eagle)  
★ In Ramganj Mandi, coriander prices held steady at Rs. 7800 per quintal. Guna and Khumbraj mandis also maintained a stable level of Rs. 7000. However, a slight dip was seen in the Junagadh auction, where prices fell from Rs. 8300 to Rs. 8100.
Ajwain  
★ The ajwain market showed consistent stability throughout the week. The highest average price was recorded at Rs. 27500 in Mumbai Mandi. Meanwhile, Kurnool and Delhi-Kurnool markets maintained an average of Rs. 21000.
Cumin  
★ The cumin market witnessed slight weakness. Prices in Unjha slipped from Rs. 22000 to Rs. 21500 per quintal. Rajkot and Nagaur mandis also showed signs of decline from Rs. 23500 levels.
Red Chilli Teja  
★ In Guntur mandi, red chilli prices remained stable at Rs. 12800 per quintal throughout the week. In Khammam, a slight upward trend was noted, with closing prices reaching Rs. 13500. The highest level was recorded at Rs. 13675 on April 24.
Fennel (Saunf) Average  
★ The fennel market remained largely unchanged. Prices in Unjha stayed firm at Rs. 9000, while Delhi mandi consistently recorded an average of Rs. 20000 throughout the week, indicating a stable market environment.
Turmeric Gatta  
★ The turmeric market also showed signs of stability. Prices in Erode hovered around Rs. 13700, while in Nizamabad they remained firm at Rs. 13800. In Sangli, the average price stood at Rs. 18500, maintaining a higher range.
