Union Budget 2025 Key Announcements
★ FDI in insurance sector increased to 100%.
★ The limit of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the insurance sector has been increased from 74% to 100%.
★ This rule will apply only to those insurance companies which will invest their entire premium in India.
★ A new income tax bill will be introduced next week.
★ A committee will be formed for regulatory reforms. The aim of the committee is to make business easier.
