उड़द आयात में भी बढ़ा
★ आई ग्रेन इंडिया को प्राप्त एक्सक्लूसिव जानकारी के अनुसार सितम्बर में उड़द का आयात 83,483 टन किया गया, चालू वित्त वर्ष के हर महीने में विदेशों से अच्छी मात्रा में हो रहा है उड़द का आयात।
★ म्यांमार में उड़द की बिजाई जोरों पर, भारत में इस वर्ष एरिया घटा परन्तु विदेशों से हो रहे बड़ी मात्रा में आयात से उपलब्धता सुगम।
★ म्यांमार में बढ़ सकती है उड़द की बिजाई।
★ आई ग्रेन इंडिया द्वारा म्यांमार व्यापारी/किसानो से इस मुद्दे पर की गयी बातचीत, निष्कर्ष यह निकला कि इस वर्ष उत्पादन 9 लाख टन से अधिक रह सकता है।
★ ब्राजील से भी धीरे-धीरे बढ़ रहा है उड़द का आयात।
★ खरीफ सीजन में जितना भी एरिया घटा उसकी भरपाई आयात द्वारा की जाएगी।
★ कुल मिलाकर फ़िलहाल उड़द की कीमतों में तेजी की उम्मीद कम।

Import of Urad also increased
★ According to exclusive information received by iGrain India, 83,483 tonnes of Urad was imported in September, good quantity of Urad is being imported from abroad in every month of the current financial year.
★ Sowing of Urad in full swing in Myanmar, area in India decreased this year but availability is easy due to large quantity of import from abroad.
★ Sowing of Urad may increase in Myanmar.
★ IGrain India talked to Myanmar traders/farmers on this issue, the conclusion was that this year the production can be more than 9 lakh tonnes.
★ Import of Urad is also gradually increasing from Brazil.
★ Whatever area is reduced in Kharif season will be compensated by import.
★ Overall, there is little hope of increase in the prices of Urad at present.
