वर्ष 2005 के बाद केंद्रीय पूल में चावल का स्टॉक अब तक के उच्चतम स्तर पर

★ सितम्बर 2023 के मुकाबले सितम्बर 2024 में स्टॉक 39% बढ़कर 323 लाख टन पहुंचा परन्तु यह अगस्त 2024 के स्टॉक 1.3% कम है।

★ बढ़ते स्टॉक को घटाने के लिए एफसीआई ने अभी हाल ही में टेंडर में एथनोल डिस्टिलरी को शामिल करने की मंजूरी दी।

★ ऑक्शन में 23 लाख टन चावल एथनोल डिस्टिलरी के लिए किया गया आवंटित।

★ जुलाई 2023 से एथनोल डिस्टिलरी को ऑक्शन से हटाया गया था।

Rice stock in the central pool is at its highest level since 2005

★ The stock increased by 39% to 323 lakh tonnes in September 2024 as compared to September 2023, but it is 1.3% less than the stock of August 2024.

★ To reduce the rising stock, FCI recently approved the inclusion of ethanol distillery in the tender.

★ 23 lakh tonnes of rice was allotted to ethanol distillery in the auction.

★ Ethanol distillery was removed from the auction from July 2023.
