📍 New Delhi: Sugar prices remained largely stable this week, with limited fluctuations in both mill delivery and spot markets due to normal demand and final quota sales.

🛑 Government Sugar Quota

✅ March: 23 lakh tonnes of free sale quota.
✅ April: 23.50 lakh tonnes (⬆️ by 50,000 tonnes).
🚫 No risk of a major price drop due to controlled quota allocation.

🏭 Mill Delivery Price Changes

📉 Fell by:

  • ₹25 in Eastern Uttar Pradesh

  • ₹30 in Bihar

📈 Rose by:

  • ₹5 in Western Uttar Pradesh

  • ₹10 in Madhya Pradesh

  • ₹20 in Punjab

  • Gujarat mills had to sell at ₹10-15 lower rates.
