Wheat and Mustard Procurement in Haryana
★ Highest Mustard Procurement in Bhiwani, Highest Wheat Procurement in Sirsa

Wheat
★ During the Rabi Marketing Season 2025–26, Sirsa district recorded the highest procurement of wheat in Haryana with 8.51 lakh metric tonnes purchased by the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, HAFED, and the Haryana Warehousing Corporation. Out of this, 8.40 lakh metric tonnes were lifted, which is 98.68% of the procured quantity.
★ Statewide, 75.20 lakh metric tonnes of wheat arrived and was fully procured. Of this, 74.36 lakh metric tonnes were lifted, with a 98.88% lifting rate.
Procurement breakdown:
★ For the central pool: 73.13 lakh metric tonnes
★ For the Public Distribution System (PDS): 2.07 lakh metric tonnes

Mustard
★ In mustard, Bhiwani district led the state with 2.37 lakh metric tonnes procured by HAFED and the Haryana Warehousing Corporation. Out of this, 2.27 lakh metric tonnes were lifted, which is 95.78% of the procured amount.

★ Across all mandis in Haryana, total mustard arrivals during the Rabi season were 8.16 lakh metric tonnes, out of which 7.79 lakh metric tonnes (or 98.59%) were procured by government agencies.
