Cardamom Market Update
★ In key markets like Kumily, small cardamom prices are witnessing an upward trend.
★ According to reports from Idukki district, heavy rains and strong winds have caused an estimated 5% to 10% crop damage.
★ Although the summer rains were insufficient at the beginning of 2024, the pre-monsoon showers have revived hope among farmers.
