Weekly EIA data showed that in the week ending November 28, ethanol production rose by 13,000 barrels per day to 1.126 million barrels per day, marking a record high. Ethanol stocks increased by 543,000 barrels to 22.511 million. The rise occurred because a 48,000 bpd increase in exports (now 170,000 bpd) was still not enough to offset the higher production and a 28,000 bpd drop in refiner inputs (now 857,000 bpd).
Export Sales for the week of October 30 will be released Thursday morning, with traders expecting 0.8–2.5 MMT of corn sales.
A Taiwanese importer has issued a tender for 65,000 MT of wheat, with Thursday as the deadline for submitting offers.
