Monthly WASDE data will be released on Tuesday. Analysts are not expecting any major change in U.S. soybean stocks, with the average estimate at 348 million bushels compared to 380 million bushels estimated in January.
Commitment of Traders data showed that managed money added 11,511 contracts to its net long position in soybean futures and options as of Tuesday, taking the total net long position to 28,832 contracts.
According to StatsCanada, Canadian canola stocks stood at 15.62 MMT as of December 31, up 18.1 percent from the same period last year. Actual soybean stocks were recorded at 3.24 MMT, down 26.6 percent year over year.
