📉 Production Estimate Cut:
🔹 Down by 2.3 million tonnes due to adverse weather.
🔹 New Estimate: 166 million tonnes for 2024-25.

🏆 Top Producing State - Mato Grosso:
🔹 Expected to produce a record 49.5 million tonnes – more than Argentina’s total production!
🔹 Argentina remains 3rd largest global producer (after Brazil & USA).

⚠️ Severe Impact on Other States:
🔹 Parana, Mato Grosso do Sul, Bahia & Piauí – Lower production estimates.
🔹 Rio Grande do Sul hit hardest:
🔹 Extreme heat & drought led to a 30%+ yield decline.
🔹 Some areas producing just 13 bushels per acre!
🔹 48% of the state under emergency.

🔄 Harvest Update:
✔️ Mato Grosso: Almost 100% complete.
✔️ Parana: 80-85% complete, to finish in 2-3 weeks.
❌ Rio Grande do Sul: Late harvest + extreme weather damage.
