TCB to Procure 19 Million Liters of Soybean Oil for Ramadan
The Bangladesh government has decided to purchase 19 million liters of edible soybean oil through the Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) for Ramadan.
This will cost the government BDT 1.8914 billion.
For the 2024-25 fiscal year, TCB's total edible oil procurement target is 280 million liters, of which agreements for 70.1 million liters have already been finalized.
